In addition to founding Credentialing Experts, Inc, Diane has provided credentialing consulting and software training on site in 26 states and Canada. She designed and managed centralizing the credentialing of a 14 hospital system resulting in an 88% reduction in turnaround time allowing physicians to begin billing sooner than ever before possible. Her experience in medical school/residency programs, hospital physician organizations, managed care provider relations, credentialing and recruiting, has provided Diane with a broad view of the industry allowing her to enhance her lifelong career goal to improve the lives of others.

Diane holds dual certification with her national professional association (NAMSS), which she also served as President of local and state chapters, and on the National Certification Board and task force. Diane has been a speaker, author, and instructor at local and national venues
